I think with bangs! It would look AMAZING if you got thinner ones! And like you said, get them feathery!
Because when were fairly thick, it took the attention away from your eyes!

Definitely bangs. feathery ones would look amazing. & it won't take away from your eyes. I actually got comments on how my bangs brought attention to my eyes. I think your hair color will make them pop even more with bangs :)
