I'm looking to buy a lipliner but I'm pretty rubbish at matching colours. What are some relatively neutral lipliners and lipsticks that look good together? thanks!

This may be a more expensive option but Urban Decay have both a clear lip liner that just prevents bleeding and feathering, or they have just released some new lipsticks and lip liners and a good bit of them have matching colors so it's super easy to find ones that match. Not all of them do, but the majority do. I think they have 16 lip liners and 22 lipsticks or something around there. The clear one is called "Ozone" and that's what I use :)

Use a clear one! It can go with any lipstick! Like ozone from urban decay or a Sally Hansen clear one.
