I need to stop lower liner smudging:/ Any ideas?

I place my eyeliner almost each morning on the top (gel) and bottom of my eyes, keeping it in the waterline (pencil) for the bottom,
But somehow as the day goes on I end up with the worst smudge marks ever underneath my eyes of black eyeliner it looks awful, help!

I'm not sure how well this actually works but you could try setting it with black eyeshadow! (:

If you place concealer under your eyes after you put on your eye makeup and then put a little bit of powder underneath your eyeliner it works amazinggggly! Hope this helps!

After youv finished your putting on your make up place some loose power under your eye to prevent the smudge.

Try waterproof pencil liner.

Put eye shadow primer on your lower lash line before applying your makeup and set it with with some powder like some of the other girls have said.

Set with a shadow the same color as the liner.
