Okay so I have red hair and I have a lot of blonde highlights and I really want to dye my hair blonde. I have tried 3 different blonde dyes and none of them have worked. Are there any blonde dyes that will work on my hair? It's not like a dark red, it's pretty light.

Go to the salon to get it dyed, or you can go to a Sally Hansen store and get a hair stripper which takes all the color out. But be careful because when you dye your hair especially blonde the chemicals in it slowly kill your hair the more you do it. You're supposed to wait 2 weeks before you try to dye your hair another color again

If you do, go to a Sally Beauty Supply Store and get a color developer (you can get a lower level such as a 20), the color you can and you can strip it or have a strawberry blonde color.

If the red in your hair is artificial you can't lift color with color, meaning you can't get lighter with color once a darker color is in your hair. think of coloring with a yellow marker on red paper, it wouldn't show up. you'll have to use a color stripper or bleach then tone your hair to cut out the brass. Getting out red colof is the hardest color to strip so it might not happen in one try.

Definitely go to a salon. they will know what products to use so it doesn't kill your hair.
