You can use any brand of curling iron, no brand will give you Kim Kardashian curls. All you need is a good hairspray to hold the curls.

I love Gold and Hot tools ceramic.they go very hot(220C) super fast(less than a minute) and u get to regulate how hot you want it to be....so as a hairdressers working in this industry for over 10 years and going through all bunch of tools and products,put medium hold muss on wet hair let it 90 % dry and curl on hottest they will last you forever and will not burn hair if you'll do properly

It really depends on the length of your hair. You can use a 1 inch barrel for shorter hair. And a 1 1/2 inch or bigger for longer hair. I recommend the Cortex 4 in 1 curling wand. It has 4 different barrels in different sizes. Its only a hundred dollars, which is less than you would pay for 3 or four different curling irons.

You have to set the hair after you curl it. Once your done curling your hair put that piece of hair in a pin curl and set it. Take it out once its cooled and run your fingers through it

You have to do princess style spiral ringlets and pin them up to cool. I use a 1 1/12 inch gold marcel iron by Hot Tools. Or I have a 2 inch Revlon curler that works fine. Hair Spray them with medium hold at a distance. Try and try again. Be very gentle when done to shape! :)
