Nars or benefit?

I want to buy a new bronzer. And I haven't tried Nars Laguna or hoola Which bronzer is best?

I think it depends. Laguna is shimmery, and Hoola is matte, and that makes a world of difference when buying bronzers.

I like matte bronzers so I think I will go with hoola:) thanks ladies! After I'm done with hoola though I want to try the chocolate solei!

I could be wrong :) I checked Sephora, Laguna was described as "chocolate brown with slight golden shimmer."

I use Laguna too, when you open it at first, you can see gold shimmer hut it seems like it's only at the surface because it doesn't end up shimmery after time and doesn't look shimmery on

I think NARS Laguna would be a better fit for you. From my end your skintone looks olive. And Benefit Hoola is light in color so you might have to build it up with more than one swipe. While NARS is highly pigmented. If you're new to bronzing I would try Benefit first and then move up to NARS.

Laguna isn't shimmery on the face but it seems like it has some in the pan. Hoola is completely matte. It doesn't look like too much of a bronze color though. When I use it compare to when I use Laguna, Laguna looks more "bronzy". Hoola is not as light as it seems either. They both blend nicely though, it's really preference :)
