I personally love the Simple Skincare line. I use their gel cleanser, toner, and light hydrating moisturizer. It's very gentle on the skin and will not make your skin dry or tight or super oily after using it. For acne scars I highly recommend using coconut oil on the scars twice a day. It dramatically improved the look of my scars in 2 months.

I will be posting my response from another thread with some minor tweaks. ☺
As for 'fast acting solutions'. You may do something that might give 'fast acting' results, but remember your skin is like your body. You just don't go to the gym and lose 50 lbs in one work out, and anything that usually gives fast results are bad in the long run.
Bio Oil is very comedogenic , so if you're prone to break outs I don't recommend touching it.
Luckily there are many different ways to fade acne scars. I'm not too fond of the lemon thing as it isnt a good idea to put it there. Lemon/lime at any concentration is actually very bad to put on your skin. And you can achieve the same results using oils that are safe to use on the skin
There are so many things you can do to get rid of it.
• Exfoliation to help cell turn over.
• Cocoa Butter
• Essential Oils ( Almond, Coconut , Jojoba, Almond, Vitamin E, Rosehip.)
• Apple Cider Vinegar ( Must be diluted ) You can make your own cocktail of diluted ACV with some of these oils.
• You can make an exfoliating scrub to help ( Sugar ( must be very fine) , Honey, and any oil like coconut jojoba almond. )
• The most effective and expensive option would be to get a T Sonic facial cleansing device like the Foreo Luna or the Clarisonic.
• A mud mask will definitely help with pulling excess dirt that may be present. Apply this to your oily spots, not your dry spots.
• Oil will help banish oil ( basic chemistry ) so try using a non-comedogenic oil on your oily spots to help banish oily skin.
• Tea tree oil works beautifully for acne, I highly recommend diluting it before putting on your face.
• You can try an AHA or BHA acid treatment/serum/toner to help.
Shea butter, Argan Oil, Rosehip Oil, Hemp Oil, and Jojoba Oil are all non-comedogenic so that may be your best option for combination skin in particular. If you are using any soap that is very harsh at stripping oils from your face, I suggest switching to a much more mild soap to help with the dryness of your skin.
If you need to, get a moisturizer for the dry patches of your skin, and a different one for the more oily areas until you can actually get your skin balanced out.

You can get products specially for combination skin :) and I recommend using 2 masks, one for dry and one for oily on the areas of skin that need them :) remember don't use to harsh a products as it could dry out your skin, tea tree and witch hazel will dry out papules/pustules/and acne :) egg white mask is good for reducing sebum and helping heal scars, egg yolk is good for moisturising skin and contain vitamin E and collagen :)
