Pretty self-explanatory I think! :) I've never used any heat protection spray before and I want to know what you ladies think is the best out there. I have long, normal hair. If anything, it's frizzy sometimes.

Try paul mitchell heat seal - spray it on wet hair before blow drying.

I really love Chi heat protectant. I forget the actual name, but it's in a red bottle. I let my hair towel dry for a little, then spray the Chi when it's damp, and let it air dry. Theeen, I blow dry it. Lol.

I agree , the chi 44 iron guard is good! Here is the truth though, and product you use before using heat will act as a barrier from the heat... I've tried many products ranging from biolage , chi, bed head, and drugstore and my personal fav is Organix coconut serum (cheap as heck) but it works very good (:
