Wide shoulders to narrow shoulders??

So I have kind of wide shoulders and I wondered if there was any way to make them look narrower. Like what tops to wear to make them look narrower or what bottoms to wear to make my hips looks wider.

To make your hips wider, you could wear skater skirt and accentuate your waist to make it look like you have wider hips:)
