Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me find ideas for winter formal dresses (preferably short/above knee)? I'm blonde, 5'4 and quite skinny. Thanks! Also would this dress be ok or is it too casual?

That dress is really cute, its casual but you can dress it up a little more with a statement necklace or some pretty bracelets (:

This is super cute! it looks casual but thats what allow you show your stylr by adding accessories & etc.to dress it up.
