I see all these pictures of girls with flawless faces. Not showing one freckle or one blemish and I want that same effect. What makeup products should I get to get that look. Like foundation, concealer , bronzer, blush, everything. Please help me!

Hun, part of our beauty is all of our imperfections. Who wants to look like something that doesn't even exist? These models are just there to advertise and in all reality they don't look like that or even have makeup on like that. It's all photoshop that makes them flawless. Just remember that you're beautiful and what you see on those models is all an illusion cause its fake!

Aw thank you haha. I just want the flawless look. My foundation now when i put it on it looks like it has bumps and looks like I have pimples all over my face. I want a foundation that goes on smoothly

Is your face acne prone? Mine looks like that when I get very tiny breakout bumps all over my cheeks. Best thing to do is take extra good care of your skin so any foundation would look nice on top of it. Make up forever hd is my holy grail lol!

The only thing I use if my moisturizer from sephora and then my primer from revlon before I put my makeup on. The moisturizer I use after my shower at night

Does your skin get shiny throughout the day? And when you touch it the shine (oil) transfers to your fingers? That's oily skin.. Dry is when it's really dry and you always have to moisturize, usually during colder months you get dry patches... Combination is when you have an oily t zone (forehead, nose and chin) but your cheeks tend to be dry

My skin is like normal

Oh and lets not forget normal skin an sensitive skin.. Normal skin is when your face doesn't feel dry or oily.. Sensitive skin can range from dry to oily .. It can be itchy or blotchy , prone to redness and easily irritated by cosmetics, moisturizers, and cleansers

It could also be that you're looking at your face super close in the mirror and most of the time people don't stand that close to you so they'll see your makeup differently than how you see it.

In the end though, foundation only covers up color, not skin texture. How smooth your skin looks with foundation is completely dependent on how smooth it is in the first place.

Cynthia what face products should I use to make my skin healthy. Like cleansers. I'm willing to buy anything to make my skin flawless an healthy and so my makeup doesn't look like I have pimples and spotty

Okay so your skin is normal? So after you wash your face your skin feels comfortable? Okay so for normal skin cleanse with a foaming cleanser and moisturize with a light face creme. Exfoliate two times a week so your skin can be smooth and all dead skin cells will be gone. Make sure to drink 8 cups of water a day. Also focus on your diet. Have a diet rich in vitamins a, c and e. Also pick a water based moisturizer and always wear sunscreen ( I learned the hard way :/ I have sun spots under my left eye). Foods with
Vitamin A- egg yolks, dairy
Vitamin C- Citrus fruits, broccoli, peppers, berries, tomates
Vitamin E- leafy greens, nuts and whole grains

I'm getting all this information from Bobbi browns makeup manual. It is a very informative book if you're interested

Ur helping me alot. What products should I buy? Like what brands and everything so I can make a list

I just think you need to exfoliate cause it could be dead skin cells and foundation might be emphasizing it. Use a homemade face scrub because most drugstore ones are harsh on skin. Start off with a basic baking soda one. Mix 2-3 tablespoons of baking soda with very little water until it becomes a paste then rub into skin in circular motions. Then wash off, your face should feel and look smooth. First test it in a small area on your face to make sure your skin won't react in a bad way and leave you with red blotches. Hope I helped xoxoxo!

Should I use anything else from the drugstores. Like I mentioned a cleanser and a light face creme
