You can apply vaseline or any lip balm (hydrating) of your choice.. It might give you temporary relief.

Have you had any new food or applied any new lip products?

Stop applying Vaseline all together and maybe give your lips an hour or so to breath before applying more lip balm. My lips were kinda raw today.due to the cold Colorado weather, but after doing this they are doing better.

First of all, Vaseline isn't a moisturizer. If you've been trying to use it as one, all you're doing is sealing in the moisture that is already there, and preventing more moisture from penetrating your skin. That said, try a Benadryl, it sounds like an allergic reaction to me.

Any other anti-allergy will work :) or an anti inflammatory, since it's swollen and itchy.

Happy to help, I hope it gets better!

Definitely listen to Hannah! The same thing happened to me just randomly and Benadryl helps tremendously to make sure you don't get hives or a rash! Have you been in any drastic weather changes? Hope this helps! 💕😉

It could also be a cold sore starting to form. It makes your lips really swollen and itchy the first few days or so. If you can you should pick up so Blistex from the store! It's stops the itching and makes your lips look flawless too c:

It's definitely an allergic reaction. I get this every time I eat pasta

Put some ice on your lips... maybe that will work.

The dryness in your house could be causing it- drink cold water, or use hydrating lip balm? maybe wait a little bit before doing anything. good luck, that can be scary!
