What do you think is more worth it and useful? Hello flawless powder or hoola bronzer?

Depends on what you are more in need of. Both products have two completely different purposes. Are you in need of something to contour with? Or do you need to set your foundation and/or use it as a foundation.
Both products have good reviews and you pay for what you get. So it's a matter of what you need more.

I agree with Alexis. Depends on what you need more. Personally, I try to stick to more affordable options for powder and mascara since I use it up fast, and splurge on say, blush, eye shadow, (bronzer in your case) etc.
