Always always always mascara - if you don't wear anything else on your eyes at least use mascara (= a tinted lip balm wouldn't hurt either - it's easy to touch up throughout the day && gives you a more put together look

I would say a very important step is setting your make-up with a setting spray. I highly recommend Urban Decay's All Nighter, it makes your make-up last for hours!! You can buy a sample size before buying the regular size :)

If you don't need foundation, then concealer, powder & chapstick is fine. If your working with kids all day, there's no need to pack on makeup to impress them. I would just use my basic eyeliner, chapstick & put my hair up in a pony tail before i head out. Its quick, to the point & won't make me late! :-)

I need something for my face to cover my redness and dark circles under my eyes. So I can't not wear nothing on my face.

I would get a powder foundation that doesn't look cakey like AVEDA dual powder foundation or cargo bluray foundation (both have great full coverage) and some blush/bronzer!

I just use smashbox bb cream and benefit boing concealer. I usually find once the bb cream sets, you don't need powder. Curl your lashes, throw on some mascara and you're good to go!

I would say try a BB cream as well. Doesn't add much coverage but it does even out your skin tone and make you skin look really nice.

If you're looking for quick coverage what I would personally go for is some Kat Von D tattoo concealer. You can use it on whatever areas need concealer or all over. In my experience with it, it doesn't really need much attention, just blend it and its done. She now has an actual foundation but I haven't tried it personally so I won't recommend it. But if you're going to use it all over it may be worth it to get a full size foundation rather than a smaller tube of concealer. Once you have everything covered then you can use whatever pressed powder you want. If you want something a bit more, let's say snazzy, I'd go with too faced's candlelight powder. It's mostly translucent but will give your face a bit of a glow. Just a little more fancy than a normal tinted or translucent powder :)

I was gonna try that foundation but I felt like it was going to be too thick bc it's a tattoo foundation

If you're going to wear concealer without foundation, I would suggest going with a concealer that blends out easily, like the one by Hourglass or CoverFx. I'd also recommend using a hydrating powder with a little coverage. Smashbox and Stila both make an excellent one. I would also definitely do a mascara, and a tinted lip balm if you have enough time in the morning. :)

What lip balm should I buy

Fresh's sugar balms are nice if you're willing to spend $20. I've only tried the rose one and the clear one but I like them. I'm not sure how thick Kat Von D's foundation is though. You could try Urban Decay's naked skin, I've heard good things and I imagine it can't be too thick or heavy since the effect is supposed to be naked-looking skin.

Try Aveda's tinted moisturizer. It's amazing, I have repurchased it twice now. I like the way it settles into my skin, and it cancels out any red in my skin

Well if you have a morning skin care regimen, I cleanse tone and moisturize.. I would suggest powder foundation. Benefit's Hello Flawless is one of my top five favorites of all time. Silky finish that will never look chalky.. Compact comes with a sponge for full coverage and a small but pretty decent flat powder brush for sheer coverage that is great for a mid day touch up. Then maybe a skin tiny would help.. Benetint is awesome and you can use it for both a cheek tint and a little bit of color for your lips. Mascara to finish and open your eyes.. And then throw a lip balm in your bag or pocket for healthy lips. Easy peasy with only 3 products!
