U can use it with sheer foundation or full coverage as long as u damp the sponge so won't soak so much products !

Depends on the foundation for me. Some foundations are better applied with some sort of brush. Some are better applied with a sponge (e.g., a beautyblender). Others still are better applied with your hands.

i prefer using a very dense kabuki brush because its faster & there's no streaks. I don't even bother with a stippling brush. I recommend Sigma F80 brush or any dense kabuki brush
