I have a group interview at Ulta and I was wondering what you guys think of this type of cardigan over a white peplum shirt with black dress pants...?

Hmmm I'm not sure... Is it a tank (and thats the reason for the cardi) or does have sleeves?

The peplum is a tank, and the cardigan is short sleeved.

I think it would be okay... You could wear it like this maybe? Or if you have a cardigan like this, you could do that too.

And if its too hot you could roll/push up the sleeves and maybe a cute necklace (I would to add a pop of color to not make it so plain, that way you'll stand out in the group)
