I've been thinking (I know, its a dangerous habit), and I have realised something that's really starting to bug me. Why do we have the term "No-No", meaning something you shouldn't do, but not the term "Yes-Yes", meaning something good, or something you should do? Any thoughts on this?

But that's probably because we're used to it, so if everyone said "Yes-Yes" then it would probably sound nice too :/ I don't know.

I think its because there's a lot more 'yes-yes' in fashion and most things are but when some things a 'no-no' its usually much more obvious and embarrassing, also (and I'm getting all serious now;)) but I I think most human human nature, not all!, automatically jump to the negatives and point the faults out rather then praise the positives, I do agree with you(: why don't we start it as thing here on Beautylish so whenever anyone points out a negative they have to add something positive and nice?(:

I try to do that anyway, in real life and online, so yes, I think that's a great idea! maybe we could start a trend! and Pauline, don't worry, I know your not laughing at me, more at the topic at hand :)
