No this isn't a Smokey eye, its a gradient eye (not sure that's who its spelled, but I'm sure some of the other girls can correct my english if I'm wrong)
But it still looks pretty, I would ad a bit of eyeliner, either black or brown.

Right now you have a basic shadow look but looks like you got the idea down you just need to go darker from lid then fade up at the crease (steps of fire to smoke). :-)
