Try mixing a red dye with the dye you currently have in your hair, I've done this numerous times and it always gives the perfect tint.

All you have to do it put a semi permanent red over it. That's how you tint your hair. It won't be so apparent since your hair is dark and it will mostly show in the sun

Or you could keep it simple and use kool- aid or food coloring lol I use to do that as a kid when my hair was black and it would give a red tint to my hair

Use a Demi permanent or a red glaze/toner that's your current level, that's what I do to my clients at the salon who want a slight red tint
