Well when my lips are pink, I put a dab of concealer on them and it creates a plank canvas for the lipstick and it's true to it's color.

Just swop on a little concealer or a dab of foundation. Smooth that into your lips so that it's noticeable but still kinda sheer. Put on a lip liner and then your lipstick! Not only should the concealer or foundation cover the pink hue in your lips but a lip liner will also add another layer for the lipstick to adhere to...
