I've been getting into make up recently and have built up a collection but I want to start expanding a little more. I'm not quite ready financially to go high end but I'm looking into makeup geek... I love their new blushes and want to try their eye shadows. Any suggestions?!? Thanks :)

What are you looking to purchase to expand your collection?? I have no experience with makeup geek products although I have heard that the eye shadows were amazing...a little more detail and what your looking for would help people answer your post as well as skin type that way the can also make suggestions off of that.

Honestly I'm looking for a little of everything. I have dry skin that is breakout prone.

Maybe branch out into some fun lipstick shades for your collection if you've already got the basics. Maybe try out some cream shadows from the maybelline colour tattoo line. If you're looking into makeup geek shadows you could always check out some swatch videos on YouTube

For beauty on a budget and excellent quality, I shop online with Coastal Scents, BH Cosmetics, Sedona Lace, and of course Beautylish. These companies sell quality, highly pigmented cosmetics at affordable prices. Beautylish has high end, name brand products for a lil less then you would pay in say Sephora or Ulta. I would also recommend Camera Ready Cosmetics and ikate house to compare prices. Hope this helps.

I use makeup geek eye brushes. I love them, they are food and affordable. I don't have a lot of eyeshadows from them, but I have been enjoying the ones that I have. in short, I have been very happy with their products. Marlena do have a top 10 mug shaodws on YouTube, that might guide you in shadow selection.
