Has anyone tried it? If so did it work well whitening your teeth? I'm thinking of trying it. I currently use coconut oil on my face already. What do you think? Worth it or not? I've heard that you have to swirl around you mouth for a good 10-15+ minutes. Any suggestions or advice? I just want to whiten my teeth a little without spending a lot of money on whitening strips and what not.

I'm not sure about the whitening yet but I have and still do it. I only use a teaspoon of coconut oil because if I use any more than that it would be too much because while your swishing it in your mouth your saliva starts to mix and accumulate. Oh a lot of people say it taste gross but it doesn't at all seem to bother me.

My boyfriends sister does this all the time and she used it for the teeth whitening purpose. It works for her, she has shiny white teeth :) haha.
