You can DIY your clothing, by recycling your old clothing. Check Pinterest for ideas there are tons on there :-)

Try braiding your hair or putting it up in a high pony tail. You would be suprised how different hair styles frame your face differently. As for your face, you could always try tweezing your eyebrows ect. But if you are going to do that take a dark eyebrow pencil and basically fill in what you will "keep". Changing eye liner helps BIG TIME. Maybe just lower water line or upper or even both. Also you can highlight and contour your face. This means that you take a slightly darker powder and fill in areas you want to enhance. The opposite for highlights. If you look it up its easier to understand!

You can go to like Dollar General or Family Dollar and get some hair dye to revamp your look. Also try doing your makeup differently
