Hey guys I need help. My friend has really smooth silky hair and I'm super jealous of her hair. My hair is manageable but it not smooth. How to get it this way?

Look into keratin treatments. Some salons carry some that keep hair smooth for six months. Prices vary of course but in the salon I work at a lot of people rave about them.

I definitely think you should try Argan oil!! It worked wonders for my coarse frizzy hair, and now mine is so silky and smooth every day. I use One and Only Argan oil from Ulta or Sallys. its cheap and a little goes a long way, I just use like a pea-dime size in my damp hair after towel drying. a whole bottle of it last me about 9 months! Try it out:)
