I'm looking to dye part of my hair a fun color this summer (such as pink, purple or blue). I would like it to last a few weeks tops. What type/brand of dye would you recommend?

Manic panic last like 2 weeks then washes out completely definitely your best bet. Do not use ion color brilliance blue it never came out of my hair and faded weirdly.

I agree with advising against splat! Definitely go for manic panic:)

Manic panic can stay pretty long but depending on how often you shower. And when you wash hair with manic panic use cold water. It makes the color not fade such as hot water does.

Use manic panic or directions. Just be careful, because I tried red temporary hair dye on my light brown/dirty blonde hair that suposed to last I think to 8 washes, but after like 20 washes my hair was still orange and I had to do blonde highlights to get some color off, one year later my hair still had some orange pigments in it.

Oommggggg whatever you don't get splat. that is definitely NOT temporary! yea itll fade a whole lot after a while but whatever part of your hair that was died with that isnt going to pick up on any other hair dye you try on your hair not even bleach.
