Where Can I Find A Flowy Maxi Skirt?

I need it for work it has to be at least to my knees. the material from the regular maxi skirt is too tight on my skin and I don't think its appropriate for work because it kinda shows off my big butt and thighs :/

I've tried forever 21 , H&M anf Charlotte Russe. I can't find any that are at least the length to my knees.
I was also thinking.. is a pencil skirt ttoo tight or short for work?

I really need help! I'm tried of wearing pants everyday to work :/

Where do you work? I don't think a pencil skirt is too tight :) if you have one near you rue21 has a tonnnn of maxi skirts right now!

I don't see a difference between a pencil skirt and the tops of maxi skirts? they both have the same amount of tightness in the butt and thighs area, rue21 has a bunch of maxis though.
