Hair And Makeup For Cowboy Outfit?

I am wearing a cowboy inspired outfit next weekend, and I have no idea how to do my hair and makeup. I am wearing a floor length tea stained lace skirt, a flowy Navy blouse, and a brown thick belt, and my brown cowboy boots. It is a dressy occasion, so I need my hair to be more than a braid, but I have no idea what to do. As for my makeup, I want it to be classy, but simple without eyeliner. Could you guys please help??

I would do waves for the hair it's very classy country. And this is a really natural eye makeup with no eyeliner.

And you can wash your hair the night before then put it in a French braid and the day of blow dry it to make sure it's not wet then take it out and it'll make nice waves:)
