Electrolysis is good for facial hair, it delivers small electrical impulses to the root of the hair which kills it so hair won't grow from there again, it normally takes a few sessions but once it's done that will be it and you won't have to worry about the hair growing back :-)

Hair doesn't grow back thicker or darker, that's a myth. If it did, people with thin hair would just have to shave their head a few times and would have thicker hair.
Shaving just cuts a sharp edge on the hair and when it grows back, it feels sharper and people think it's thicker. It also doesn't grow back darker, it just appears darker since you go from no hair to having hair back. Blondes can wax their hair forever, it'll never grow out brown after waxing.
The more times you wax/tweeze/thread the less hair will grow back, since it pulls out the root of the hair. My mom has been waxing her eyebrows for 25 years, and now she only has to go get them done like once a year because most of the hair roots are gone.

I would not recommend bleaching, I used to bleach made the hair thicker and more noticable and made me skin discoloured. try waxing or threading, although both can cause irritation for some people. I used to thread and a professional told me that it can cause discoloration due to the trauma your skin experiences and it ends up producing more melanin and your skin ends up discolored. find out what suits your skin. I ended up having to have laser hair removal, but its very expensive x
