What is the difference between laser and chemical peel?

I havent tryed any and I don't have any experience here but if you don't get your answer on thanks thread you could try askn Traci L. She a certified esthetician and would give you and more accurate answer.

They Both have down time,redness,peeling,and,aftercare,however the laser is more effective,it can be set to specific depth and it can bipass the healthy skin cells and only target discoloration so it's causing less damage to the surrounding tissue,a chemical peel is a estimated depth done to your entire face and you may need a lot of treatments to get the results your looking for you don't really want to use a deep peel because you will be raw and peeling and in pain for weeks,in which case the peel can't penetrate as deep as the laser will be able to.
