When was the last time you clipped your needs? And what shampoo and conditioner are you using?

Last week. And I use the ion repairing shampoo and conditioner for color treated hair.

I would recommend the joico brand. It's a little pricy but it's got 5 stars and it's extremely amazing and it repairs your hair! Also you can try hair masks!

Ok. Generally things that helped my hair get over it's dryness. These may or may not work so well for you as we have different hair types:
1. Deep conditioning once or twice a week (this is really important if your shampoo and conditioner have any stripping ingredients)
2. Switching to a sulphate free shampoo and conditioner (or at least sodium lauryl sulfate free). When I accidentally used a shampoo with sulphates I could tell immediately that my hair didn't like it as it felt stripped and super weird while I was washing it.
3. Leave in conditioner. If you don't already use one, finding one you like could help your hair a lot
4. Using an oil like coconut oil on top of your leave in or daily moisturizer to seal in that moisture.

And try sleeping in a stain scarf or a satin pillowcase as pillowcases are good at sucking moisture out of your hair.

You know, sometimes normal shampoos have some harsh chemicals that damage the hair instead of helping it, what if you try some baby shampoo?

A little pricey but the it's a 10 hair masque it freaking amazing. We use it a bit especially in summer cause of the pool and on top of colored hair, goes from straw to silk. Best buy in a long time.
