I also recommend hair masks which you can find on YT or google! (: they help moisturize your hair and there's different benefits for different masks.

I agree with katelyn! I have that exact same stuff and it does wonders for my hair! It makes my hair super soft and smooth, and I have dry and frizzy hair too! I really love the mask that the pack that katelyn showed I apply it to the ends of my hair and it makes them really soft even if you have split ends

Hair growth is based on genetics, the health of you & your hair. so the only way to promote growth is to keep yourself & your hair in good health.

Do not just go taking pills (including biotin). You can end up with side effects serious enough to put you in the hospital. always ask your doctor first.

Some tips to promote growth:
get trims regularly (split ends will go higher up the longer you wait & then you'll have to cut off more hair)
drink a lot of water
use as little heat as possible
always use a heat protectant, I recommend It's a 10
don't brush your hair while it's wet
do hot oil treatments (I use coconut oil)
use a deep conditioner (I use Aussie 3 minute miracle)
use hair masks (store bought or diy)
try a leave in conditioner

keep in mind that there are no miracle products or methods. good luck in growing your hair! :)

Drink lots of water
Don't wash your hair too often ( I'm guilty of this I wash it everyday😁)
I recommend the Marc Anthony oil of morroco shampoo and conditioner and the argan oil ( my hair is super soft now)
Also to get it trimmed every couple months

Try not to use too much heat and if you do use a heat protectant ( tresemme) has a good one)
I suggest getting a wet brush or tangle teaser because they help prevent breakage as they are not as ruff on your hair as regular hairbrushes

Coconut oil is one of the most amazing thins for dry frizzy hair and can also help you grow your hair longer.
