I've heard so many different tips for growing long hair but I don't know what I should be using everyday on my hair and what I should be limiting to a few times a week. Also I need some good product recommendations for growing long hair!

Brushing is the best thing to do honestly, and for products Hask and olive oil is good 👍

Brushing hair is good, but over brushing causes hair to thin
Try not to shampoo everyday
Use hair masks, but only once or twice a week
OGX is a good brand
And Moroccan oil is good

Instead of brushing try massaging your scalp (which is what brushing does at the roots) but with massaging you don't have to worry about the brush breaking hairs off.
Use a sulfate free shampoo, I like the organix shampoos.
Use a leave in conditioner
Use a hair mask/treament once a week.
Don't wear your hair up everyday
Don't trim your hair too much
Don't use much heat, if you do use low heat
