So I just got these heels I've been eyeing at my goodwill I only paid $8.50 for them and the brand is Charles Albert I've never heard of that brand but these shoes caught my eye they are a neon yellow I've never seen them before so I had to have them lol the picture doesn't really do justice with showing the neon.
