So I, because of mitigating circumstances I don't always have the face wash I need, is it okay to use Johnson and Johnson baby soap on my normal skin type?

It's not recommended because baby and adult skin doesn't have the same proprieties but since it's baby soap I don't think you'll have bad surprises.. But you shouldn't take this as an habitude :)

Johnson & Johnson baby soap has to be formulated to be extremely gentle, give it a go :)
