Sephora or their website. Preferably a main Sephora store and not one inside JCP. That's the only one super close by, right in the mall I work in, and they almost never have anything I'm looking for. There's an Ulta here also but I only go there if I'm desperate because the girls there are so rude.

Anywhere that gives me my MUA discount!! MAC pro is the best, because it makes the prices like Walmart price! Of course I love Sephora, but cannot stand ULTA, because I worked there, and as one girl said above, they are rude! I couldn't take it!!
