Feeling oily w/ cover girl 3 in 1?

Hi loves, I've recently purchased the new cover girl 3 in 1 foundation and when I wear it for long periods during the day (8-10 hours), I notice that my skin starts to feel oily... (I do powder 2-3 times throughout the day) but I still look matte. Is there a way to reduce how oily my skin feels with this foundation?
