I've been SO stressed lately with work and school and exams! What should I do to help calm myself down? I get really stressed to the point where I sweat and feel nauseous. I've tried hot baths but any other suggestions?

A day during the weekend to give yourself a full spa treatment. Give yourself a face mask, deep condition your hair, just focus on you. (:

Sleeping will probably be your best friend and if you can't try sleeping pills or just eat out all your problems because sometimes that helps.

Breathing in out, take breaks, if you need to cry cry. I get mental breakouts once in a while... like yesterday.

Meditate. Seriously it actually works. It only takes a few minutes a day. Focus on your breathing and try to clear your mind. Or try yoga... Very relaxing.

At night, I know you said you've tried taking hot baths but when you're going to take a bath, try lighting some candles, turning off the lights, and just relaxing by candlelight. Also add some good smelling soap, listen to some soothing music and of course eat some chocolate! (: You'll get through this, don't worry! Best of luck :)

Doing things with animals is a great way to relax and help any bad emotions. Certain places have puppies and kittens that you can hold and cuddle and one of the best animals for therapy in my personal opinion are horses. Arrange to go cuddle, brush and play with a horse or organise to go on a horse ride somewhere beautiful and scenic ❤️ bring a carrot as well!! Watching how happy the horse gets when he is given his favourite treat will make your day :)

Take some time for yourself during your day. Wether it be in your car, in the bathroom, lol even if it's for a little. Before you go to bed have some tea. Try putting down the studying books and do more that makes you happy. :) I know that's hard to do but it'll really make you feel a lot more calm and stress free.
