Check out the maybelline gel eyeliner or L'Or?al. Both have a very intense black as well as a thin brush which is sure to give you the perfect wing..plus its so god damn affordable lol!

Inglot gel liner. Maybelline doesn't create a very black line in general and just moves everywhere. I personally don't get the hype on it. MAC has a very black gel liner that won't budge as well as Bobbi brown.

Personally I love the elf liquid eyeliner. You can also get it In a pen form if you prefer that. It lasts a long time and it's thin enough to make thin lines but you can also later it so the lines can be thicker! I love it!

I use the rimmel gel eyeliner. It's very affordable and matte black and lasts all day. But the brush it comes with isn't good. I just use an angled liner brush from coastal scents but any angled line brush will work. That's really what will give you the thin line your looking for.
