I need help in reducing my time in doing a full face application. Right now, I'm at an hour. I need to get down to 30 mins at least.

I use creme foundation by Eve Pearl, eyebrow pencil/powder, eyeshadows that consists of matte/shimmer finish, lipstick. I cleanse/prime face, then do brows (which I get caught up on), foundation, blush, eyes, lips.

Well I don't think you have steps to cut - I guess it's just the more times you do it the quicker it will be - my daily routine takes about 30 minutes and I have about the same steps as you :)

Try using products that are multi-tasking like instead of applying primer then foundation - try a bb cream or cc cream instead that combines moisture, SPF, primer, and coverage all in one step - also try to find a check tint or something similar that can be used as your lip color, cheek color and eye shadow color all at once - those can help otherwise if you cut out some steps in your routine that are time consuming n simplify the look that can also help - like a simple quick eye look is a wing with a brown pencil following the wing line on top then blended out to give a smokey effect with minimal effort.
