Cut the sleeves off and make them lace, add a lace panel to the back, Stud the collar, dye the skirt black, ombré the entire dress light on top dark on bottom, add lace to the collar, cut off the sleeves all together, write your favorite quotes on it to make it a unique piece, add a picture to the back, pattern the skirt (polka dots, stripes) maybe add cut outs (the shoulders!) that's all I've got... Hope one of these is helpful!

Rida, I don't wear anything sleeveless. If so, I would go for that without any doubt. :/

In that case you should add some details to the sleeves like some beautiful lace and get the sleeve cut to three quarters :-)

Cut the sleeves off and add either studs, spikes or buttons to the collar.
Add a black belt into the middle (where the join of the top and skirt is)
