I'm pretty sure that it's the same thing. When I think of an uneven skin tone, I think dark discolored places on the face like I have and redness. But I could be wrong

When I think of uneven skin tone, I think of someone who has red areas, dark spots, scarring & maybe some areas of the face that are darker than others.
someone with uneven skin tone wouldn't look patchy tho :p lolol.

Not dumb at all but I believe they're somehow the same. A toner helps uneven skin (:
I'd recommend buying Witch Hazel toner which you can purchase in Wal-Mart. Apply it at night after you wash your face with a cotton ball. A toner also helps fade acne scars. Just an Fyi c:

I think it means anything along the lines of redness, acne marks, dark spots, lighter/darker skin, etc.

Uneven skin tone is any sort of discoloration that is apparent on the skin - it can range anywhere from sallow areas to dark spots or an uneven tan look it's a very broad term that gets used to describe many forms of skin discoloration.
