A cleanser is something that is required to cleanse our face, to remove dirt from the face. On the other hand, a face wash connotes something that is a replacement for a regular soap and needed when we have to wash our face. Of course, a person can use both a face wash and a cleanser depending upon her requirements. If the person doesn’t go out too often, using a cleanser to remove dirt may be required once a week only. On the other hand, for a person going out daily means more oil and dirt on face requiring the cleanser to be used daily at night to remove all the dirt.

Ok face wash is meant to just clean, cleanser is more for moisturizing and giving brighter skin.

There isn't a difference between the two at all. Its simply a difference in verbiage. Cleansing your skin everyday regardless of whether you go out or not is a must because the skin naturally goes thru a cell turnover process that pushes up sebum to the surface. And that sebum contains the nastiness that can bring about acne and overall rough texture to the skin.Regardless of whether a product is labeled a cleanser or a face wash...they both do the same thing.

I didn't really think there was a difference. But I'm using that one but the anti-redness one and I love it :)
