Its a great pencil, but it doesn't last, Dipbrow is amazing though.

It's alright. My eyebrows are very short so I try to use it to fill them in at the tip and tail but after an hour or so, the filling in is usually faded or gone. I don't think it's worth the money. There are drugstore options with spoolies that I find to be much better.
The dipbrow is a better Anastasia eyebrow option if you got a good steady hand and don't draw on too harsh.
