It doesn't look bad at all..but if you're really concerned you can go to a dermatologist. They helped me a lot better than any bought product. But your face looks fine compared to people who truly do have bad acne so I wouldn't call it "really bad". If you can't get an appointment try treatments with salicylic acid.
As for the oily skin, can't help ya there my face is peeling and cracking.

Trust me your acne is mild. It can be verryyy annoying but you can try using cleansers, toners and moisturizers to help it :)

You look fine, if salic acid doesn't with you can use benzoyl peroxide which is what is in proactive. Use Pan oxyl or something like that which is 10 percent and the highest you can buy over the counter it really helped me! Also Greek yogurt face mask.
