What are you using to apply? From my understanding that is a pretty thick foundation.

It's very thin, kind of like a bb cream! I'm using Sephora's airbrush

Yes, it is a full coverage but it depends how you apply. I found that If you apply with your fingers or a flat foundation brush, it'll be sheer but with a stippling or a flathead kabuki brush it's very full coverage.
I use to cover my sisters tattoo with the foundation, without it being cakey.

It shouldn't be thin at all, it's very thick like a thick lotion. I'd go back to sephora and see if you got a bad batch, because it's not thin

What is your skin type?

Then you need to get the foundation because the foundation is full coverage

I would go return it and tell them they made a mistake and get the foundation.

Ohhh, yeah, that would do it. You can go return or exchange it with no problems at all. With or without your reciept.
