Senior Portraits are coming up in a couple of weeks and I need my skin to be clear and radient! I been eating healthy and drinking water and juice, and staying away from greasy foods and sodas which causes my face to be oily. But is there any tips for keeping the skin healthy?

Another thing is to get lots of sleep! I've found that the more sleep I get, the less I tend to break out.

I'd say just drink loads of water. also try oil pulling. there was an editorial on here a few months ago. I'd say just moisturizing and stay away from foundation and concealer for a while. do face masks and face scrubs/exfoliate.

Don't try many new products! You never know what will break you out and how severe the breakout will be. Stick to what you know works :), you're on a really good path. Maybe just try a good vitamin c serum to lighten any scaring or discoloration from past breakouts.

I agree with Maggie. Now is not the time to mess any further with perfection...especially with senior pics around the corner. Also Leslie made a great point too...changing my diet (reaching for honey to sweeten rather than white sugar for example) helped me out big time. I'm a heavy consumer of fresh veggies and dairy (cows milk based items) are a no go for me. But what works for one might not work for another but it certainly gives you something to think about and research.
