Browns look nice with blue eyes as well as deep blues but I think dark browns work best.

Yeah 3 is really striking n bold I like it too - I think just a black eyeliner that you smoke out would probably get that result.

Hi Haley!
I'm about your age (15). And I can totally relate!? I've always been confused on what to do with my pale-blue eyes but I know I can help!
My white eyeshadow (Yes, white!) is one of my most powerful makeup weapons in making my eyes!pop!
After applying a brown liner across the top lid of your eye, layer a light gold shadow across the lid. The brow liner will in response blend with the pale gold shadow and give you a natural, simple, yet smokier look. Then after that application, swipe some white liner on the tear duct line of your eye in the corner nearest your nose and then add a swipe under the bottom lid. This will brighten your blue-eye color AND make the appearance of larger eyes!
The brown liner for you is best because of your light complexion, light hair, and light eyes. Warning if you use black liners or shadows because they may make your eyes look heavier and overdone.
My advice is for a natural look you can easily put on in the mornings without worrying about getting the eye makeup perfect!
Hope this helped! (Not a pun)

Don't use black! I have baby blue eyes and it just doesn't look right! Lol I'd say go more for pink, neutral or grey colors. Use a darker grey if you try a smokey eye. Also purple is a great color! I actually use purple eyeliner because I feel in bring out my eyes. Just expires meant with the colors and how they sit on your kids and such. Go very simple because I always think that brings out eyes more than a super dramatic look! Hope that helped a little bit! :)

I have bright blue eyes and you know what I think you can get away with most colors :) what I find most flattering for my eyes and my skin tone I brown, golden and rose tones :)
I wear black eye liner and that looks awesome with blue eyes for a more intense look, a brown eye liner gives a more soft natural look :)
