Its not a fave look for myself but when I traveled to Japan/Hong Kong last year I saw the combo on a lot of girls. In some places its the hot thing to do.

That looks way too childish for me. I don't think I could ever reconcile the kiddie frilled bobby socks with my curvy and womanly appearance. It would just look wrong.

Then again, even as a kid I hated bobby socks. I had to wear them with the stupid frilly dresses for square dancing (which I HATED with all the passion a seven year old could muster). Maybe I'm prejudiced against them after that trauma? ;)
