The top is cute, maybe a tank top may go with it? I'd totally wear a bold blue tank top with it.

The skirt is really cute and simple so maybe I'd go with a simple/basic top aswell. Maybe like a plain white top or a very bold coloured top. Perhaps a bracelet too and some cute sandals. :-)

Well thanks guys but I don't ever wear tank tops by themselves and I only have black and white tank tops. This is also the ONLY none band tee type shirt I own which is why I asked. If I do end up going to tj maxx, I will be finding a different shirt but if not, this is the only shirt that even begins to match it.

That is your opinion Alysia and the shirt isnt really tight, the fabric was just being staticy today. Yes, Suzy thanks girl :) I am completely confident (usually) lol I've decided to wear the shirt with it.
