Go for natural maybe a bit of subtle eyeliner. Pixiwoo's newest tutorial has a really lovely look that would be appropriate and Lisa Eldridge's tutorial featuring Sophie Dahl would also be really nice for a job interview.

I generally avoid a winged liner or lined waterline. All of the "no makeup" makeup looks are appropriate. Basically you want to look fresh, awake, and pretty bland. The emphasis should be on your interview, not how you look (meaning nothing distracting like bright lipstick or dramatic liner). Think sedate, professional, and polished. :)
